Learning to Color with Copics

Wow, I've been MIA for awhile. Moving into a new apartment, a granddaughter graduating and summer school have kept me very busy. I'm still settling in and trying to organize my apartment. I need my craft area organized so I can get crafting.

I'm so excited about some new classes I'm taking at my LSS, Creativ You & Co. The fabulously talented Rhea Weigand of Passionate Paper Creations is teaching Copic coloring. Rhea is such an amazing person. She is an outrageously talented artist and designer, and a fabulous teacher. She's teaching technique classes and card classes. So far, we've had one of each class.

Here's my first attempt at coloring an image. The image is the adorable Bunny Luv stamp from Stampendous.

My coloring is pretty pathetic. I know I have so much to learn and I need to practice, practice and practice some more. I'll never be as good as Rhea or some of my other blog friends, but hopefully each attempt will be better than the one before.

Now I'll let you in on a little secret:  I never liked to color. I'm probably the only person in the world who doesn't. Actually, I should say didn't like to color - til now. Thanks, Rhea!

Have a great week and Happy Crafting!
