Thanks So Much Butterfly

I have another card to share today using the gorgeous Altenew Butterflies and Prima Brush Strokes stamp sets.

After stamping my brush strokes in some of Altenew's new inks, I used my MISTI to stamp the butterfly with the same inks. I stamped the large solid image first, followed by the outline stamp. I love the look of these beautiful layered stamps and the MISTI makes lining up the layers so easy. Love that fabulous tool and I don't know how we managed without it.

The sentiment is an old wooden stamp from my stash. The panel was die cut with a SSS Stitched Rectangle Die, creating a frame around the panel. Lastly, the panel was adhered to the card base with fun foam.

I am entering this into the following challenges:
Time Out Challenge #35 - Nature with the Optional Twist of Animals
     The Paper Players # 254 - Laurie's CAS Challenge - Frames
CAS on Sunday #63 - sketch below

Thanks for visiting! Your sweet comments always brighten my day. Have a wonderful week. Enjoy!

  10. This is gorrrrgeous, Pam!! I'm so happy to see you do it in red! When I did it, I thought, hmmmm, that might be a bit too unusual! But the red sure packs a huge WOW factor, especially the way you have put your panel on the bright red card! I'm also loving the linear lines behind her for grounding! Enjoy the weekend! Hugs, Darnell
