Authentique "Lucky" Leprechaun

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! Thank you for all the kind comments and well wishes on yesterday's post. I am felling a bit better and am going to try to return to my little leprechauns today. They've all made traps to try to catch the little men, so I must see if  anyone is successful. Budding engineers, you know.

I've mananged to capture one of the wee green men on my card for today. I've used papers from Authentique's Lucky 12 x 12 Collection Kit. I love this collection! The pieces were adhered to a CS panel. I added a piece of green May Arts ribbon from the Really Reasonable Monthly Ribbon Club from February between the two patterns.

A cut-out of a leprechaun from the collection was adhered over the base papers. I found that awesome four leaf clover in my stash and adhered it with foam tape. Finally, I added a piece of fun foam to the bottom of my panel and added the panel to a card base. The sentiment is an older stamp from Memory Box. To finish off my card I added three enamel dots.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

House of Cards: March Challenge - Use Enamel Dots

Have a lovely St. Patrick's Day! I hope someone finds a crafty little leprechaun with his pot of gold. Thanks for visiting.

  3. Happy St. Patrick's Day, Pam! Thank you so much for leaving such a sweet comment on my rose card! Definitely a 'pot of gold'! Thank you! And coming here to see your cards: wow, wow and wow! You are wonderfully creative, as your leprechaun card clearly shows! Ahhh, the joys of being a teacher in an elementary school! I'm a part-time high school English teacher (been teaching for a lonnnnnnng time, and full time is far too exhausting. Besides, marking cuts into my crafting!) and part-time admin assistant at our town's high school. I know about the germs! Your 'budding engineers' comments: too funny! Hope you're feeling better back to 100% today!
