One More Peony

Hello. I made a card today for the challenge at Less is More. This week we were challenged to make a one layer card with splatters.

Once again, I brought out my Altenew Peony Bouquet stamp set to play. This time I used the Altenew Red Cosmos mini inks set to create the layers in this beautiful flower. The leaves are from the same set and inked with Altenew Green Fields mini inks. I splattered one of the green inks onto my card with a paintbrush and added a sentiment from Altenew Painted Greetings. Layering stamps create such lovely dimension on a one layer card. Perfect card to mail to a friend who just had surgery, don't you think?

I hope you're having a great week and getting in some crafty playtime. Enjoy!

  1. Beautiful, Pam. The peony looks great and like you say really brings dimension to a OLC. The card feels very tranquil with the matching green splatters. Your friend will love this - hope she has a speedy recovery!
